More people don’t die from flu annually than have died so far from Coronavirus. This is complete bullshit. The common cold kills people all over the world, is highly infectious, and there is no cure for it.
Why don’t we declare a pandemic for the common cold?
Answer: It is dangerous only to the most vulnerable, deaths worldwide are manageable, and the cost of imposing restrictions to try to control something that cannot be stopped would be disproportionate.
Sound familiar?
In a world of seven billion people, only a million are alleged to have died. That’s 0.014% of the world’s population. Vastly more people die during a flu pandemic, of which there have been many in recent decades, the last one being in 2018.
The reaction of our Government to this current pandemic is wholly disproportionate.
Wrong thread btw. This thread is about Delle Alli, so enough, thank you.
