interesting read.....

It may just be my interpretation buts that's a really poor article IMHO. The author touches on some of the issues at the club but not in detail and implies the fans are mainly upset with them not spending and a second relegation.

The remainder of the article then lets Allam paint his version of the truth. Where's the balance? Why didn't they also speak to someone from the trust to put their view across on the points made by Allam?

You have to actually listen to the interview. Burnsie did try pushing him on some issues and Ehab was squirming and giving his nervous smarmy laugh.

My gripe wasn't at Burnsy JK he did try and press Ehab. However to be fair only Hull City fans will bother to listen to the whole interview.

However the summary article may be read by the wider football community and that article isn't a true reflection of the situation IMHO.

Why is it that in the main over the years we've attracted such a plethora of poor owners?

There were so many things Ehab said that were absolute rubbish and absolutely screamed to be pulled up but weren't. But this has happened with every Allam interview ever. It must be a condition of the interview taking place.

I think they make it so difficult to get to interview them, that they know interviewers won't want to ask too many difficult question, for fear they are frozen out again. Though to be fair to Burnsey, he certainly gave it a good go.

so in the summer we dont get new owners, are the allams going to fund a team rebuilding and PL challenge or simply carry on putting a team out to survive whilst reducing the debt? I didnt grasp what ehab was implying

They want the company to be profitable. Crowds will be tiny. Debts need to be paid as well as league 1's highest wage bill. Most of the team played yesterday at Church Road.

His dad just passed away and his mam is seriously ill.
He won't respond now but he will at season end I reckon.

And so he should.

I would imagine Steve Bruce will keep his counsel and say nothing.

Why would he want to waste his time on the clown Ehab?

He's moved on with his record at Hull City intact and proven himself again at Villa.
