who would be the best ever manager to manage this lot then...

English: Gotta be Clough.Who else is there?. SBR were it not for those missed penalties. Sir Alf or the Leeds manager (cannot think of his name in the Bremner/Giles era).Nah.

Scottish: SAF pips Busby and Shankly with a honourable mention for Jock Stein.

Non UK: Santana cos Brazil played best football I've ever seen without winning WC.Then Menotti, despite fixing allegations, winning WC with great Argentinian side. Sven,Capello?.Never.

No Diego 'i won the world cup almost by myself in 1986, and nearly did it again in 1990' Maradona, but yes to Christiano 'i bottle every big game and am yet to turn up at an international tournament' Ronaldo?

I put it to you my friend that you have taken more drugs than Argentina's favourite coke snuffer!

Unfortunately, it wasn't just sniffing coke that was the problem with Maradona, it was performance enhancing drugs that made me lose any respect for him as a player.

As for Christiano Ronaldo, I can't remember any other right winger with a scoring record like this lad. He has a phenominal record!

2003–2009: Manchester United - 196 Matches, 84 Goals

2009– Present: Real Madrid - 60 Matches, an astonishing 59 Goals!

Compare these stats with one David Beckham and there is no comparrison, he is far better than Beckham ever was.

1993–2003: Manchester United - 265 Matches, 62 Goals

2003–2007: Real Madrid - 116 Matches, 13 Goals
