The fans didnt know though. It wasnt like the media were jumping up and down lettin gus know what was going on.

If it turns out that we did wrongly use EBT's then I will not be happy that Murray has got us into this position.

Not too sure about Uefa to be honest. They have set a precident for this before when Fiorentina went down the NewCo route. They have attributed all of their history back to them on the Uefa website.

I dont really think Uefa can step in and interfere with a UK Corporate Takeover anyway. They might endorse a heavier points deduction right enough.

Well do you also claim that Leeds, Fiorentina and Luton Town have also lost their history? They didnt.

We will just use the same method.

Which of those three clubs were facing a potential £75m tax bill from the HMRC, were owned by an owner like Craig Whyte and were being investigated by their governing body for the potential use of duel contracts as well as much else?

Is it not a £90m potential tax bill to the HMRC.

None of that matters anyway. The normal legal methods will still be applied.
