    Please explain the timeline conundrum and I will give it a go?

    Be specific so that I know what points to cover.

    Where in Scotland is Florence Billy?

    I was also quick to point out that history and league status cannot be transferred. But you go ahead and ignore that<ok>

    Leeds holding company folding has sweet **** all to do with this. No debt died with that entity. But we can forget that in this fantasy land where a club can liquidate to......save itself from liquidation <laugh>

    Whilst we are at it, you have had a couple of hours to think about it, are you any closer to making up an answer to why a new club should be docked points?

    How do you win the cup winners cup in 1972 when you start in 2012?

    Where is the rule that you have to clear all debt before your history can continue? There is no legal standing in that comment. The transferance of the club is done with the sale of the assets in particular the goodwill.

    Luton Town FC went down the NewCo route, did not settle their debts, liquidated and still kept their history.

    "I have done quite a bit of research into the previous cases of NewCo situations"

    <laugh>

    "the problem is the mhedia and taigs think if they say something enough then it becomes true and whether we like it or not a vast amount of our support start to believe the lies that are peddled "

    <laugh>

    This is ****ing hilarious.

    See all your "research"....i is worthless.

    Tell me. Who liquidated Leeds?

    Luton Town were docked 30 points.

    Their holding company was liquidated before settling their debt. They are a NewCo

    The difference is that the club and the company are different entities. Although the company is new, the club carries the history so can be docked points. Not too difficult is it.

    Because the club has continued, only the company liquidated.

    See Fiorentina.

    Who mentioned any rule about clearing debt? Do keep up sonny. You are supposed to have done your research. Who liquidated Leeds? Why were that company liquidated and what the **** has that got to do with Rangers?

    **** all is the answer.

    In that case why would Rangers be punished for staying in the SPL?

    You hear that folks, were wasting our time trying to win the champions league all we need to do is just buy the titles from real madrid.

    I think you'll find UEFA only recognise the name not the history.

    Cause the team had been safely moved to a NewCo against HMRC's wishes.

    Sounds like a plan to me.
