Off Topic Afternoon Drinking

Get yourself in Grafton pal.

Proper battle cruiser is that, non of this real ale, micro brewery, craft ale nonsense.

Smiths, Carling and if you're lucky Guinness.

What more do you bastard well want?
I want an IPA, none of that fizzy piss. I'm a middle-aged man of means with suitably refined tastes, not some young shaver looking to cultivate a hangover on a Saturday night.

I'm back home, cause my lovely wife and daughter ran the pretty mudder yesterday and are running the 10k today.

We also , along with other family members, scattered our wonderful mothers ashes into the Humber, as was her wishes.

I am now laid in bed, nursing a hangover, after drinking Punk IPA and large rums all afternoon and evening.

It's not big and it's not clever.

See you at Costello later on.

That is all.

Afternoon drinking should be banned for short ginger women, she assaulted me again, I have a massive egg on my head and quite the concussion
Thank duck for predictive or this would make no sense lol
If anyone knows of a house share avaliable I'm actively looking
I work and **** and everything

Eh?

I think I'd describe it as a hobby at the moment

It's a great hobby. You can do it with friends, with family, with strangers or even alone. You can do it at many of the daily organised events called "opening time", at home or even at self organised events outside supermarkets with other enthusiastic hobbyists.

Don't ease up, at our stage in life we need to be committing more time to our hobbies.

They say that your mental health is better if you spend more time doing things you enjoy

...it may not be quite as good for the liver, but you can't have everything

It is
I'm drinking Trolltunga !!!
Research report is now available

Recommendation - Don't drink Troll Tunga. It's a 6.5% IPA described as 'gooseberry and sour'
It should be described as 'tastes like sour grapefruit juice with no hint of sweetness. Tiny hint of gooseberry, but on balance absolutely foul' Weird drink. It didn't taste alcoholic at all, and certainly tasted nothing like beer at all

I've just had a splendid afternoon drinking gin in Whitby - when did it become all cultured & nice? My first visit in 15 years... Some amazing bars & restaurants.
Went in one balcony bar overlooking the harbour, amazing. Too pissed to remember it's name. Cheers
