So we overspent in Jan and put us over the FFP limits, always knowing promotion or player sales would correct it. So we dont have all the money from player sales to spend.

I think he meant that a player like Philogene wasn’t allowed to leave by Villa until late in the window as Villa were still mulling whether to keep him around last summer and that he expects the same this summer.

We still need a few wingers before then. And I think we could be a bit quicker with other transfers regardless.
