the critical points are when did he sign, when was he registered [ very important ] ..what is the wording of the policy of insurance. Media like a big negative story whether true/ partly true or down right false! Layman in the street then gets all het up about it and the story grows ... works just like our forum .. left side of fence/ rightside of fence or simply sitting on top of it.

ps whilst the payment of the fee is due/being paid its bearing on the insurance is likely minimal, the registration is the critical bit, then the informing to ensure on policy!
