please share your favourite acoustic performances...it seperates the men from the boys..ill start the ball rolling with a fairly well known one, im hoping youl provide a couple of hidden gems, i love a good acoustic set..

Noel is imo one of the greatest song-writers we will ever see. Have you heard Liams new band Beady Eye? Pure awful.

I was of the opinion that Beady Eye would be awful, 'cos Noel is the man.

I decided to give them a chance however, and this week I have absolutely hammered that album non stop, and am loving it!

bit gutted that I gave up a guaranteed ticket to see them tonight in Manchester on the assumption they would be crap!
 
To be fair I have only heard the couple of songs that are all over the radio at the moment. Noel was Oasis. His solo album will be amazing me thinks.

It's practically Oasis with the talent taken out.

As for my fave acoustic performance, I could pick any from Nirvana Unplugged but that'd be too easy so I'll go with this...

I hope so, I reckon his debut solo album is 15 years overdue. Would loved to have seen him have a solo career alongside Oasis.

I hope he differs from Oasis slightly though, I liked Oasis but they did get stale towards the end, I just hope Noel's album doesn't sound like it could be an acoustic Oasis performance.
