It would be future income from players already sold - like the remainder of the bowen fee and other sell on clauses.
Basically, a lower asking price offset against future revenue.
That's my understanding anyway.
Fundamentally that approach is flawed and would definitely undermine the clubs financial performance post any deal.
Simplest way is agree deferred payment on a proportion of the debt due to Allamhouse underpinned with a PG.

It's not really accounts shenanigans though as it is meaningless sugar coating. It's the sort of thing aimed at supporting a valuation of the club, but has no bearing on our actual set of accounts.
