It's not uncommon, I suspect any deal done now would also have adds ons/reductions should we stay up or be relegated this year. All depends how a deal is done.

It would be future income from players already sold - like the remainder of the bowen fee and other sell on clauses.

Basically, a lower asking price offset against future revenue.

Fundamentally that approach is flawed and would definitely undermine the clubs financial performance post any deal.

Simplest way is agree deferred payment on a proportion of the debt due to Allamhouse underpinned with a PG.
 
I doubt we turned down £8m for anyone, we certainly don't currently have two Premier League quality players and our squad isn't worth £20m, that whole section of the accounts reads like nothing more than wishful thinking.
Aren't those the sorts of fanciful accounts shenanigans that got Derby into ****?
