Well its not is it? There's a key word in that statement.
Well the debate was whether he would be playing this weekend, so I'm pretty certain it is over.

It was always going to be nip and tuck as to whether all the formalities would be sorted in time for Villa, the 'two week' statement is, I suspect, more to do with the international break than anything else
Why ? It is a done deal.
I think you are reading to much into it.Im sure he will have a few personal things to sort in italy aswell as a visa! ....i just think its getting pretty close to the window now, and I fear we may not have a striker!
I wonder if Lenihan will be going into our first team or development squad. If it's the development squad we will still need another midfielder. Is Sinclair still available?

Yes he is and along with Micah Richards, Mataja Nastasic and John Guidetti he has been told he is free to find another club before the transfer deadline (Free as in Man City don't want them, not necessarily that they will cost nothing i guess)
Ah, I thought you meant the debate of whether its a done deal or not.
On radio 5 live South American correspondent tim vickery just gave Hernandez a glowing reference and expects him to be a fantastic signing

Victor Moses is miles better than Sinclair in my opinion (I know he is already out on loan but just saying)
The Visa thing is a weird one.
He must have had a visa to get in to have his medical. No doubt it would be a visiting Visa.
I have never understood why he then needs to leave the country and return on a working one. It all sounds a little old fashioned.
