Someone needs to compare Paolo's customer service skills to Mussolini , that will send the **** off on one Italians always bite when you bring him up.
 
The next phase would writing bad reviews while seated at a table in Qua, slowly dropping in more and more obvious refeferences and slagging off the other customers for being ugly until paolo twigs yer in the the restaurant. He would be foaming at the mooth trying to work out who it was.
 
I think I'll post a review giving paolo the URL of this thread. That would be interesting.
