I really enjoyed from afar and will always shout at my TV and scream and shout at bad refereeing decisions and as I say would be more than happy to stay where we are, but without the current board.
I understand your point of view but it's not the American ownership which is making me not so keen these days but the obscene transfer fees and wages to players. I've watched the Swans in all divisions including Div 3 South but in the good old days no matter how small a team you were there was always a chance of getting to the top division especially as so many home grown players were in the teams. Nowadays success is bought by the wealthiest clubs. On a happier note have just watch the under 23's beat Man City under 23's by an injury time goal a deflected shot from Kenji Gorre Thouroughly enjoyed the game as I have with quite a few of the streamed games this season.

We need to be aware the divide between the Premier league and the lower leagues is getting bigger every season.
My money is on the three promoted sides to be relegated this season, which I think will be the pattern for future season unless a promoted team gets a shedfull of cash to find signings.

We are down .

I'm afraid what you want will never happen again.
If we drop and someone with an empathy for the club comes along to help out there is no one I can imagine who would have the money and time to take us back to the Premier League.
They might start but as soon as it became too expensive or an offer was made to sell they would go for it.

And, we are talking of any take over being financed by groups of people behind the scenes - there are ver few Newcastles or Chelseas around.
The only interest shown when Jenkins et al looked to sell were a very dodgy American pair and an even dodgier schyster from China.

Out of interest, do you object to the people working on the refreshment counter or turnstile being paid?
In my world the financial values may be vastly different but both they and the investors are doing the same thing .. taking money out of the club.
(But, as I've noted before, as yet I haven't seen any evidence that the shareholders have taken a penny.)

We sold to a Chinaman , he has said f all since we have right in the mire .
