It means you have basically got the job unless they don't like the look of you.

But no, I got a call 5 minutes ago saying "We'd like to call you in for a second interview on monday".

Of course I'm happy that I've still got a chance of getting the job and they are interested in me.

Has anyone else been in this situation before? What does it mean? Does it mean that they're seriously considering me, but they want to go further into detail about my previous experience or any other things?

So far in my life it's just been either I haven't or I have got the job.

It's ok news. Probably saw dozens of candidates and your through to next shortlist. My last job had 3 interviews. Good luck
 
I interviewed 7 today and my advice would be maintain eye contact and ask lots of questions. Good luck.
