Captain...a lot of Stanley fans never travelled from Accrington, they came from, Basingstoke, Taunton, Bridgewater, Bournemouth, Gloucester & Bristol !!!

By the way, get your bottom of the Championship up to date! not that us City fans are interested anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I think it shows the fortunes of the 2 teams, that we are disappointed with 200 in Yorkshire, in League 2 on a Tuesday night, and the she teds seem quite chuffed with 98 in the Championship on a weekend.

Hull fans having to sing City songs for them, due to lack of numbers!!

The final humiliation played out in front of millions on Sky.

The fortunes of the two teams, you lot are over the moon with 14th in league 2, we've had our worst season in decades and are gutted we'll be in league 1, a league you can only dream of reaching.

As for 200 in Yorkshire, <laugh> don't kid yourself, and Friday isn't on the weekend you tool <laugh> <doh>
 
who was outplayed..........both teams played poorly........you see when you play your arse off for the best part of 3 months to stave off relagation.....it catches up with you. but then again guernsey 82 wouldn't know about that would they.They just cave in without a fight to save themselves

I fully understand that in south Bristol, Lan, the pikeys need to be a bit careful, but in north Bristol, the weekend starts on a FRIDAY NIGHT!!!

And this week it was doubly exciting as it was RELEGATION PARTY NIGHT!!!

Proud having 6 competitive seasons in the championship, being 90 minutes away from the premier league and having some great memories along the way, of course we're disapointed in going down who wouldn't be but it's a new challenege, new players and a recently new manager.

Feel sorry for you lot though, another season in the basement, more false hope and 3 more managers, and another "great" season of surviving in the league will be on the menu for the blue few next season <ok>

No, we'll be looking forward to our new stadium start to take shape, the continued progress of our young players, many of whom have been blooded in the first team in order to cover our extensive long-term injury list (rather than signing journeymen on inflated wages, but that's another story - yours). We'll be looking forward to seeing some of those injured senior players back and for John Ward's continued progress on the pitch as he shapes a team capable of achieving something other than perrenial struggle.

What will you be looking forward to with your outfit Lan? :wink:
 
I'm glad you have lowered your expectations so much Lan, that you are now quite satisfied.

A few seasons ago, you were all giving it the billy big bollocks, about how you were massive and it was your God given right to be in the Premier, and now you're more than happy to have been relegated a few weeks before the end of the season, and have been humiliated on the television with the lowest attendance in the whole of the Championship for the whole season.

Funny how things change.
