Fury might be best watched for now. He does have ability though for sure, maybe the ground just did not suit today, we will wait and see. I just don't know what to think with Fallon, one minute he'll pull one out of the fire and then on the best horses in the race he gets it all wrong. He is dodgy with a capital 'D'.

Interesting to see about the step up in trip. I got mocked for suggesting it the other day of Maninblack lol :).

Brilliant tipping.

I see the News Of The World is closing, one story about the Armed Forces and it has become untenable! Amazing.

Murura 16/1

This one went into my tracker in April 2010 after showing an impressive tenacious resilience to finish a very decent 2nd 2.5L behind Magical Macey after absolutely falling out of the stalls and losing a fair few lengths at the start. Murura was under ridden for virtually all the race and made up some very good ground to finish so close, especially over 5f. That run was eye catching to me, and it looked as if further would definitely favour this gelding. Murura had 2 more runs after his race, disappointing twice – once as favourite. Todays selection left the James Given yard and made her debut for the JJ Hartnett yard after a 10 month break at Leopardstown. He was well supported that day and finished a decent about 4L behind subsequent winner Northern Rocked.

Murura’s next outing came at the start of May where Murura finished 7th in a huge blanked finish, ultimately finishing less than a length to the winner Phoebe Van Gelder.LTO Murura was quite unlucky to finish a short head Roicead over C+D in a 30 runner field. Murura was drawn low and I feel did extremely well to finish so close to the winner considering she was on what I would feel to be the slower part of the Curragh racetrack.

After being raised to a mark of 75,what he races off today, Murura has disappointed on his last 3 starts. Although there wasn't too many excuses, Roicead who beat him by a shd has come out and performed admirably since, finishing 1.25L behind Queenie Keen and 1.5L behind Six of Hearts off a rating of 85. The 2nd of these is very interesting as Six of Hearts has subsequently won again off a mark of 102. LTO Murura posted quite a disappointing performance at Leopardstown over 7f, continuing the recent trends.

Today, Murura tackles 5f for only the 3rd time – the first time in over a year and indeed the first time for JJ Hartnett. Although Murura may find this trip too quick, I think by analysing his previous races I have certainly seen enough pace that he can still be effective at this trip. Hartnett sends over just one across the Irish Sea tomorrow and Mikael Barzalona is a very interesting jockey booking. Although I won’t be having a large bet on this tomorrow, this could have been the long term plan and his last three runs could have just ensured he is in top form for tomorrow. I certainly think Murura can win off this mark and hopefully the talented Barzalona can guide him home in front.

Get in there! Knew he was capable of winning off this mark!

Had a play on FABREZE at Warwick in the 5pm, gone well fresh in the past and still relatively lightly raced.

Anyone looked at the field for the 3.35 tomorrow? Its the maiden Native Khan/Elusive Pimpernal/Soul City/RioDLP won in previous seasons.

Police Force is half brother of Dream Ahead and Sports Section is half brother of Ancient World, both running for the Godolphin team. Almuftarris is out of a Group 3 winning mare, Hawkino is out of a listed winning mare, Mickdaam is related to Kinnaird. Strada Facendo is out of a full sister of Toylesome (who won a mere 16 races).

Some race on paper and the two Godolphin horses look brilliant on paper!

Sorry RV if you picked it up like that old boy.I merely questioned the suggestion. Now that has been blown out of the water by the connections,i stand corrected.
thanks and good luck to all concerned.
BTW.Ollie has pulled the caped crusader out this evening ,but watch out for it soon, its ready.

Nass...fascinating contest and Police Force is definately exceptional on pedigree. How many 2-y-o's do Godolphin have?...must be about 250 between the two yards if they each house 200ish inmates..incredible..PN would know...think Coolmore have around 80-90 in Ballydoyle.

Interesting to see Sheikh Mohammeds cousin sending 2-y-o's to Richard Fahey...could be a move to become more active in the UK and a great boost for the RF yard.

Teo's Sister is a must for everyones notebooks. She is 100% Bolger's baby in the yard. He trained the dam and grand dam and teofilo is possibly the best horse he has had. Fantastically bred and could emulate teofilos success
