Clutching at straws
Does anyone know if the FA are 'involved'. Have the FA made any comment ? Has the case been referred to them ? ( yet/ timescale for them to act )
gfe - I am probably as pessimistic as yourself - but I do understand what throwoff is hoping for.
I believe that any racial element in the 'case' will have the FA throw the book at us - that is why Scally needs to persue any appeal to remove 'guilt' in that area - then we can show that ( as throwoff said ) - it was only a HR cock up.
ps - to repeat what I said in another thread - Scally needs to take legal action against the newspapers who print claims, against the club, that cannot be substantiated - or statements that are designed to mislead the reader into thinking 'all sorts' about GFC.
