I'm with Remote on this. No need to choose. if you don't like rugby then leave I alone. MY preference other than internationals is local rugby but I'll watch either game with relish. My last game in Paris was the bloody 100 minute one. And my last in Wales was Scotland last year. I generally get to one international per season but not this year, unfortunately.
It's got to the point that it's an expensive day out furter, especially with travel and accommodation if your not in the south of Wales. I've struggled to watch local rugby. If it's a level I've played at I get frustrated. Ok watching higher levels that I couldn't even aspire to as I know I couldn't be involved (If you know what I mean).
I was in Ireland for that match irishdude.....right behind the posts that some ginger ninja kicked it over...........the whiskey flowed that night>>>>>>>>>still I fell out of love for the game and it wouldn't bother me if the game never existed past yesterday.............still I hold no bitterness towards anyone who enjoys the sport.....and bluesheep is correct on the fact we could learn a lot from the game in terms of respect. by the way>>>>>>>>HAPPY BIRTHDAY Remote dude>>>>>>enjoy your night win or lose.
For all you rugby officianados, england v Ireland ladies are on sky sport mix. Open game, with England well in front.
I only had a little peak>>>>>>>>>I must say you have an impressive collection of lingerie and I only tried the one pair on, honest coming back on track hows the egg being handled and are wales winning???.........I do like French bread so im split on who I want winning im afraid <wink>
I started watching it after I posted better second half.......I’m not gonna make this a habit mind.......camera man is not panning the crowd enough for fanny for my liking
Did I miss something? Pleasant evening watching Coro, Winterwatch and 8 out of 10 cats does countdown.
Remote saw something that was nail biting ......fk knows what he was watching and I watched the rugby pretty boring not one baguette in sight
Come on, a rugby thread on the cardiff board with 32 comments before this one can't be bad, especially given how quiet it's been on here. Ok, 26 of those comments were from me, but still........ Anyway, the red wine is doing it's job so time for a snooze. I'm working up to a big erection in the morning so need to conserve my strength. No masky, I have to put some steel up for the frame of our shed extension. The steel is going to nip on the fingers a bit in this cold weather as well.
well, here we go, week 2. Week 1 saw Wales came back from the dead to beat the frogs, Scotland had a collapse in the last 20, but not enough for the Italians to overhaul their commanding lead and England put up a fine show against the Irish to dent their hopes of a title. Wales ladies were well beaten by their French counterparts, as were the Welsh U20s. As previously mentioned, after watching the game on Friday night, Saturday morning saw me working on my large erection. It was a bit cold, but with a few others helping, and some mechanical assistance, I managed to get it up. By the time it was up my arms were aching and I was very tired. Just for Masky and aber, here is a photo of it. It took a bit more work during the week to finish it off, getting the roof on and walls up, but the ewes are now in and have started lambing. I was glad to get back to work for a rest. Anyway, Gatland has made 10 changes to the Wales starting line up with Thomas Young getting his first 6 nations start. Hopefully, despite all the changes, we'll be too strong for the Italians. England will get their chance at the huge French pack on sunday and the celtic clash is the scots and the irish in the early Saturday kick off. Wales are on at 16.45 so no clash with the Cardiff game where I've predicted a point in a 2-2 draw (didn't want to jinx us by putting us down for a win), though I'll be revisiting my erection in the morning as we still have work to do to finish it all off. It was a bit of a rush job due to delays in planning consent by the council(always better to get consent before a big erection) and the start of lambing looming, so the sheep have moved in despite work being needed to finish the roof, walls and install the gates, get mains water and electrics / lighting sorted.
Had a bit of trouble with wind, but it passed and it stood firm. it was a challenge, but 80 odd ewes in lamb. Only 9 born so far (100 or so to go) and none with my boyish good looks.
