Pulls is the obvious choice but would he want to take on a train wreck of a football club?

Rumour mill will suggest Giggs, Hartson, Britton, Koeman, McLaren, Redknapp, De Boer, Toshack etc

Don't think the Swans fans would be happy with Pulls but he's their best bet to get them out of this mess, they should have gone for big Sam last month.

Not sure if they have the £ notes do get what they need in January they could be too far behind by then.

Schadenfreude!!!! But all good comments here except for dull dai. There is no silver bullet especially when someone's sold all the silver and only dross is left. There might be a bit of lead and one of them old scientists who can turn it into gold. What were they called? Bloody Alzheimer's!!!!! Alchemists!!!! That's who. Not lost it completely yet.
There's a view down west that they made a huge surplus last transfer window but I reckon that's gone in covering operational losses.
And the Yanks will get f~~~all out of this. The only way to do it sustainably is via dividends and for that you need profits and cash to make the payout.

It'll be interesting to see who they can attract. They're still a PL club and that will have people interested.

Truth is even if they could bring in Pep or Fergie they'd still get relegated though.

The comments I keep reading are that now Clement has gone they'll get a manager who will return to 'the Swansea way' which will have them shooting up the league .
It took years to develop that style and recruit the right players to implement it. For 2-3 years their style has changed along with the personnel. Not sure the current crop can play the Swansea way.
They' d be better off with a manager to get the best out of what they've got in a style that suits rather than a manager to implement a style that doesn't suit. Silk purse and sow's ear sping to mind.

Wonder whether Coleman regrets not hanging on for a bit longer as he surely would have been hot favourite and the fans chosen one.

I read De Boers in the frame.

We won't go down now.....Nobody has pulled away so no crisis there then....As usual we will come up smelling of roses we always do.....The main thing was getting rid of Clement and that has been done and with a full 2nd half of the season to run and nobody has pulled away then 3 or 4 games we will be out of the bottom 3 and well on our way to our 8th season......I hope you can join us but you do have a history of bottling it at the serious end as the others increase the pressure....Have you peaked to soon is a worry....I hope not.....

It's ok. He reckons the yanks will throw £90M at the team once the new manager is in. Accuse them of being asset strippers then think they'll invest almost as much as they bought the club for. Impossible, no, unlikely.........

Thought the last I heard was that Mawson is being tracked by West Ham. Players in or players out?

stoke and west brom play today which means one or both pick up points. Newcastle v West Ham, ditto.
    Makes the Place game HUGE.

A win isn't beyond them but a loss finds them deeper in the mire.

Jack's 1 down to Spurs. Guess who scored- Llorente, in for Kane.

    According to Jacks:-

    Wasn't a foul.
    Shouldn't have been a booking.
    Llorente was offside.
Shouldn't have sold Llorente to a "rival. Lol!!! That was Dull Dai.
    The Pope isn't Catholic etc

    Couldn't make it up.

It was a clear offside. An easy decision for the linesman as well.

    Looked a foul though.

Llorente through later offside give and he was on.

    This could get abandoned.
