I can think of a time seeing a floppy something else could be a lot worse than a Liverpool players leg.

Good tackle. Just really bad luck for the young kid on the receiving end. Never a foul, let alone a red.

could do with a slow mo replay to be fair, hard to tell at that speed, it looks a good tackle with one leg but looks like his other leg rams through the back of his leg, might not be the case.

Yes, the ref hadn't called anything, but it went to VAR once the extent of the injury was known.

I didn’t think it was a foul either

Jumping in the way he did his trailing leg was always going to cause a problem, which it inevitably did. Had he slid in with his right leg making the tackle and his left leg trailing, the injury probably doesn’t happen.
