I think you are way out fella. There's not a club in this country that would sell anywhere near 42k season tickets in league one.
Think we sold something like 12k when we went down to League one ... would expect that again even with a double relegation ...

If our club hadn't changed hands and the bad feeling was still hanging around the club, we'd be looking at about 14k this season at best.
Wow 23000 season tickets . Rangers sold double that and they didn't even exist at the time.

Season-ticket levels dropped from around 36,000 holders in 2013-14 to just 17,000 by the start of the current campaign. Further disappointing results have been registered by Ally McCoist's side, including the shocking Petrofac Training Cup loss to Alloa.

Oh dear. The season you have focused on there was a boycott to try and get rid of the shysters on the board. As soon as they were gone normal service was resumed. Funny how Google didn't point that out to you.

I cant remember how many we sold in our first season but I would hazard a guess at around 14-16 which is still pretty decent for a club of our size tbh.
