Hey I just googled from a few years back and this come up. Completely random :emoticon-0150-hands
Ahem!

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/f...senal-and-Newcastle-Unted-have-sold-more.html

Rangers revealed on Wednesday that their season-ticket sales for 2012-13 stood at 38,014 and that their home attendances have been bettered only by Manchester United, Arsenal and Newcastle United in the United Kingdom.

In the fourth tier of "pub league" Scottish football m8.

Of course this is all possible because...

WE ARE THE PEOPLE.

We had an average attendance of 28k in 1999 when we were in league 1
No idea how many season tickets but would think around 20k
Yeah, I noticed that. We've been talking on our board about whether we'll beat that this season. I'd imagine we'll probably just about top it.

Fair play, I don't even mind you lot. It's your rivals that I can't ****ing stand.

Really! Well if that's the case I shall refrain from raining on your parade and let you bask in the glory you so richly deserve.

If our club hadn't changed hands and the bad feeling was still hanging around the club, we'd be looking at about 14k this season at best.

It is amazing what a change of ownership can do. Always had a soft spot for you lot - one of my favourite games ever was when we beat you 2-1 in the 1998/99 season and your fans were brilliant. You were some team that year.

We were mate, we stormed the Championship and made it to the league cup semi-final. We then went on to consecutive 7th placed finishes, which showed what the championship was up against that year. My best days of supporting the lads. Did you go up that season?

I'm not sure any English prefer Celtic over Rangers. It's all Rangers up here in the north east.

We did - two promotions in a row so if we can do it...

Nae **** likes Celtic apart from the hygenically challenged, Irish Papes and *****philes.

Those last two are not mutually exclusive btw.

Was good mate.

I get every other weekend off now. About ****ing time I did.
Were you there? I'm having to pick and choose my games this season. It's the away games that I'm targeting so I can take in some new grounds.

Aye.

Away games might be tricky for tickets. All the grounds are tiny.
