Probably told the story before on here. I hadn't managed to get tickets for the opener against Sunderland. I rang the club on the day to see if there was anything they could do (as a fan since 69 etc). Later that day I get a call from Adam Pearson letting me know that there's 2 tickets waiting for me in reception. Unbelievable. The opening night of the stadium and he's ringing up fans like this. Just as with Acun now, we were so fortunate to have him at the helm back then.
