A Swans’ season ticket holder for Donkey’s Years, a Man City fanatic from the days when they were really sh*te, a well known former Neath League ref and South Wales Cricket Association Umpire (despite the fact he was half blind <whistle> ), a gentleman and a thoroughly decent human being - Hugh Rees passed 1 March 2024.
