Are you sure you haven’t got that mixed up with the 2019 election you Little EnglanderIt's the year 2089, election year, Les Bean the Labour leader tells us that the Tories will sell off the NHS...and free unicorns for all.
Unicorns that **** diamonds and public transport.
The public transport will lead you to a genderless world of honey rivers, candy floss trees and free parking forever.
When you get parked magical pixies will valet your car and increase its value.

Correct. However, it does loosen our defence. It's a deterrent and a good one.If those "on our side" are war criminals, killing thousands of innocent people, torturing and murdering dissidents, helping to cause a famine that has affected 17 million people and promoting the most radical form of oppressive Islam on the planet then yes I absolutely hope that Jeremy Corbyn condemns them.
I'm amazed how these kind of actions are considered "the price of doing business" whilst terrorists are cowards. It's all the same in my eyes.
As for nuclear disarmament, yes I'm 100% in favour of getting rid of our nukes. They are not the answer to anything. But nuclear disarmament and getting rid of defence are two entirely different things. Getting rid of nuclear weapons does not make us defenceless.
Be carefull some might see that as anti semeticCorrect. However, it does loosen our defence. It's a deterrent and a good one.
Take away the threat of instantly retaliating or even pre-empting a strike on an enemy and in warfare you become a sitting duck. We'd be like Palestine under Corbyn, throwing rocks back at our enemies.

I would say that Lib Dems are representing the 48% of voters who voted to remain.
(The sensible people. )

Stop !
I've received the (understandable) reports . . . . this is completely 'out of character' for Rooch, and I don't want to adjudicate, so all I ask is for this to calm down

I can only believe you to be incapable of seeing the larger picture, involving more than terrorism.
Corbyn wouldn't just get rid of the nukes but, if allowed to have his own way, our entire armed forces (he's stated that in the past).
What then?
Would the NHS be preserved by whichever foreign state had over-run the country?
Who do you believe would be deterred by his pacifist rhetoric or would a game of jacks be used to settle disputes?
Utopian madness which would only ever be considered by unstable dreamers!
We'd have plenty of defence without the threat of a nuclear weapon that we will never use. I'd prefer if we don't get involved in warfare and focus on spending that kind of money on the country's infrastructure instead.
Much as I agree with your overall sentiment marra I think it's imperative that we back someone. People died for us to have the vote and we simply have to use that privilege!Cant bring myself to vote for any of them at the minute. This brexit malarkey has not only just blurred the lines between parties but has mixed them all up to a point that the colours have left a rather miserable shade of grey.
It was a vote based on gut feeling, together with the jingoism and racism pushed by the S*n and the Mail. There were very few facts on which to base an informed opinion. How can they use the word 'Democrats' when the main plank of their manifesto will be to ignore the result of largest vote in UK history?
Self serving, none democratic, hypocrites! Nothing more, nothing less!!
I'm not sure what you mean by disenfranchising. I'm not sure exactly what you expect the remain voters to get out of this?It was a vote based on gut feeling, together with the jingoism and racism pushed by the S*n and the Mail. There were very few facts on which to base an informed opinion.
Both sides tried to use scare tactics.
Three and a half years down the line we know a lot more about the damage leaving will cause.
We are about to become a second rate power, kow-towing to the USA.
As for being self-serving and undemocratic, well that applies to every political party.
Disenfranchising the 48% is a bit undemocratic isn't it?
It's a sad, sad, world at the moment.
