this is stupid, they've cut the costs in the ticket office so to encourage us to buy online or buy these ticket machines. So on the day of general sale they remove the option to buy online meaning you have to phone the ticket office with no staff.
Tomorrows HDM headline: "Ticket office phone line meltdown as record numbers try to buy passes" whilst failing to tell us its because we couldnt buy online

Whats worse is im not even suprised by this debacle, i can see Ehab and mooney sat rocking back and forth in their chairs throwing maltesers at each other whilst giggling "another few thousand pissed off today Mr Allam"

I had no problem whatsoever on that number - existing customer but not a previous season ticket holder. Just gave her my "H" number and away we went. Plenty of seats left, unsurprisingly.

I must have heard poor David Meyler's voice about 50 times now. Plus the fact Akpom and Aluko are on the on hold message truly shows how up to date the phone lines are!
