No, it's the obvious pronunciation of Jesi, which is the obvious plural of Jesus. 2 x Duh!
Did you notice the ?? at the end of my [HASHTAG]#1281[/HASHTAG]? Apparently Jesi, Jesuses, and even Jesii are all acceptable, depending on where you are. I prefer the Jesi form when I'm at home, where we normally converse in Latin. It's classier than "vernacular". Obviously.
That was my thought but I never considered the classic Latin version
Well I don't speak great Latin sadly. I'm not sure why anybody would choose to speak Latin over English these days. Although I would like to see Tickles have a go at it.
