It's interesting that the suggestions being made for our signings over the last month by various posters, most of which were laughed off on here, are now being targeted by our rivals.

As I said before, signing free transfers from Championship clubs might not be a good way to strengthen when you've got the likes of Stoke, Palace, Watford and Boro chucking some serious cash around. Unless of course we aren't arsed about staying up and are just in it for the money.

I said Hendrick straight after I saw him at the KC making Diame and Huddlestone look like amateurs, his performances for Ireland back it up. If Burnley are bidding for him we need to get right on it

Swansea are believed to have bid £15m for Christian Tello at Barcelona.

"We should be looking at the fringe players of teams like Barca and Real Madrid", said Sterling Archer, a month ago. Doesn't know what he's on about that ****.
