For me that's £2million better value than what we paid for Mason (Hendrick), shame we couldn't get both of these in then we would have a proper Prem midfield with cover, not bothered about Kanu
Ex-Tigers Paul Anderson (Bradford) and Cameron Stewart (Ipswich) have both just had their contracts cancelled.

Stewart in particular had a purple patch when it looked like he could be anything he wanted to be. He had an injury and I've never seen someone regress so quickly!!
He seemed scared to go for the ball after his injury, I remember that. A shame when a decent prospect like him fades away, he certainly had some really decent attributes as a footballer
He was ****ing brilliant for about 10 games. Its debatable whether it was the injury or Lester's rabid pursuit of him inflating his ego that did the damage, they both probably had an impact.

I'd say it was more down to the fact that he's inherently **** and was going through a purple patch.
