Leicester have lost, or may be losing some key players by the 13th, and will not be at their best so even with our injuries we should be able to give them a decent game with this starting XI. 2-0 to the Champs though.

Jakupovic
Elmo Huddlestone Davies Robertson
Snodgrass Meyler Livermore Clucas
Hernandez Diame

Subs Clackstone for Thudd, Maloney for Livermore, and Dio for Diame if not fit or sold. Kuciak, Tymon, Bowen, Olley as other subs. Not sure about Maguire's status.

Odemwingie allegedly offered a pay as you play contract.

Nigerian forward Peter Osaze Odemwingie has turned down a pay as you earn contract offer from newly promoted English Premier League side Hull City, Owngoalnigeria.com understands.

Odemwingie had a one week trial with the team, playing in two pre season games but doubts over his fitness made the Tigers to offer him a deal based on a salary base of how often he gets to play.

Expectedly, the former West Brom, Cardiff City and Stoke City forward turned down the offer, and has left the training camp of the team since on Friday, when he turned down their contract proposal.

The 35 year old suffered a serious injury to his kneel ligament towards the end of the 2014/2015 season, which ruled him out of Stoke City’s remaining games of that season and has since not remain the same.

In his bid to work his fitness up, he spent the second half of last season on loan to Bristol City, where he scored twice from 7 games but wasn’t offered a new contract by his parent owners Stoke City, upon the expiration of his deal few months ago.

Since moving to England in 2010, he has scored a total of 55 goals during spells with West Bromwich Albion,Cardiff City,Stoke City and Bristol City.

Sounds pretty legit that Diame is on his way...

Allams out... just go... we were so close and you ****ed it all up... Imagine what sort of parrallel we could have been at today had the ****ing idiots just sold up and took the money (at a profit no doubt as well!)

Bastards

If Diame doesn't have it in his mind to play for us then if we get 4.5 million it may help the new manager spend more, I hope. We know that some players don't always put the effort in if their mind isn't right. Give some youth a go along with those that remain for the first game if we still haven't got all transfers sorted by then, which is likely. We shouldn't just rush buy as the transfer window has some weeks left.

Unless the Allams have some amazing plan to turn all this **** around, I doubt that very much. It has gone from the elation of the Wembley win to this, Even the most hardened Allam OUT supporters could not have predicted this, I just don't understand what they hope to get out of this. It sounds like pure vindictiveness and the **** you attitude they have towards mainly the supporters.

We are a ****ing shambles and it is getting totally boring. I must admit to having a glimmer of hope that these twats would see sense.

I hope they have a plan B.

Think Pete's a bit of a mug for turning that down myself.

For anybody who looks at the Transfer Centre on SSN website, you'll have seen the Football Whisper's thing they've been plugging for the entire window.

With Diame's impending transfer to Newcastle, today is the first time we've actually appeared on it.

sorry to disappoint you but there are no plans - they're not clever enough which is why their reign has been a catalogue of unfulfilled threats and **** ups - they really are as clueless as clueless gets - no-one is on the shortlist -(Ehab's made up wish list) - every time a new name is mentioned the would be manger denies they are interested or says no-one has even contacted them - its a load of press / Ehab bullshit - the party's over, they've no money - if I was the FA/Premier League I would refuse to give them the TV money for not investing it on a competitive team and taking the piss out of the brand

Wrong thread maybe but Newcastle seem to be making an art of this and have also have met the release clause of Villa's Ciaran Clark today.
That's thought to be in the region of 5m.
