I can't see it being another Austin either. Austin was successful at championship level whereas Reading seemed happy to see the back of HRK.

Also just seen the daily mail have put an article together of 9 players who've apparently been told they've got no future at United by Jose:

Defenders: Tim Fosu-Mensah, Paddy McNair, Tyler Blackett, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson.

Midfielders: Bastian Schweinsteiger, Andreas Pereira, Adnan Januzaj

Strikers: Will Keane, James Wilson

Out of them I probably wouldn't look at any of the defenders or Keane. Schweinstiger will be out of the question. Maybe look at Pereira. Would happily see us go for Januzaj (even though he's a little ****) and if Wilson was available permanently I'd go for him but probably wouldn't if he was only free to go on loan.

Reading played him as a winger. Wales played him as a striker. Therein lies the difference.

I think a lot of the youngsters you've listed have been told they can leave on loan not permanantly (Wilson, fosa mensah, pereira, Borthwick Jackson)

Januzaj has a few growing up issues by the sounds of it didn't impress Dortmund with his attitude for a club who are more than likely to be scrapping for there life's we can't carry immature young lads who maybe don't fancy the fight so bad signing I think

Fosu mensah you've kinda labelled a defender, while watching him and reading a lot of united fans comments on him he looks like a quality defensive mid in the making , he reads the game very well makes a lot of interceptions and has a massive burst of pace , would be a great box to box cm I think , obviously has utility value that he can operate right across the back four he'd be a cracking signing in loan for us I'm. Not sure why you've overlooked him??

One not listed on there is Roshaun Williams who's a centre back and very highly rated could well be worth an ask as phelan knows the United youth better than anybody.

Havnt seen a lot of Keane so won't comment

James Wilson big question mark over has he got that prem quality or will he go away and become a good championship player?

Pereira is a type were crying out for, can unlock a defence very clever player may find it tough going in a struggling team but a gamble I'd take.

I'd %100 be trying to get fosu mensah and pereira in on a double loan deal

We need to be using our two loan spots for a couple of proven quality players, not risking them on a punt for a couple of untried kids.

Just had another look and the ****ers
Have put..championship.. Hull
Do they know something we don't know ???

Fosu mensah and pereira are hardly "unproven kids" as you put it there probably of a lot more quality than the "proven quality players" we probably can't attract

Ok lee Tomlin, Robson Kanu and some French unknowns it is, these two would easily get into our first 11

Have you seen them both play I'm guessing not, fosu mensah for starters is an upgrade on meyler and huddlestone in defensive mid, not to mention he's probably better than odubajo at rb, pereira well we don't have a player of his type diame plays the role but isn't answer near creative enough

I disagree. I would take Fosu-Mensah in a heartbeat, looked quality for such a young lad. I would take Borthwick-Jackson too tbh.
He reminds me of zouma at Chelsea very similar how many would turn there noses up at him on loan [HASHTAG]#madness[/HASHTAG]

When have you seen Fosu and pereira play? How many times, live or on the telly etc

I said I wanted Loic Remy, not Lee ****ing Tomlin. <doh>

Fosu-Mensah has the potential to be a very good player, but he's only ever started 2 Premier League games, we desperately need players we already know are capable of playing in the Premier League.

Chuba Akpom had played a handful of games for Arsenal, he'd looked good, he'd just scored a hat-trick in pre-season, turned out he was **** and that was in the Championship.
