His record of goals is outstanding, obviously have to take into consideration the level of his past leagues but that's the point though, you get a guy who's done well elsewhere and hope it transfers into the PL.

159 goals in in 273 games career wise. Is not half bad.

Well he plays for Porto so i have seen about 90% of his games since he came to portugal. Extremely overrated, needs 10 chances to score 1. Very clumsy and for a guy that size he's a P****.



Thats because Porto only bought a small % of his rights. The new coach doesn't want him he's not even training with the first team. Talks here is that he's going to besiktas on loan.

Can't argue with that, I thought he looked like raw talent when I've seen him but that was a season or two back

If true, also seems a bit of a mish mash of signings: Nikolic and Gyan.

If true, can't imagine it fitting in with our new found esprit de corps - but could be wrong.
