I’d have both of them from Fulham, Mooy possibly as well. If Kenedy hadn’t ****ed that penalty up we’d be another 2 points ahead of them but it’s probably immaterial now.
Everyone looking to Fulham and saying this is how you play good football in the premier league. The table begs to differ.
Bit more to it than that for me personally. If anything it was their change in style that cost them their PL status. The move in November to remove Jokanovic looks horrific now. Instead they went into panic mode and they've paid a heavy price. I said at the time I fancied them for relegation as soon as they made that call. You could see it a mile off. Trying to go from the attack of Jokanovic to the ultra defensive Ranieri was too big a change. That said they were struggling under Jokanovic and got on a bad run. Although bottom they were only 3 points from safety. They gave Jokanovic 12 games. Once again it just shows how little understanding some owners have of running a club. We got on a really bad run and were in the bottom 3 too not even a month later. We stuck by our manager, indeed it was never a question. So even our fool of an owner knew it was a terrible decision. Fulham seemed to forget that once you cut away all the bullshit, they were still just a promoted side. History shows that staying up in that first season is incredibly difficult. Khan was delusional and thought they should be well clear of the relegation zone. Welcome to the real world Mr Khan. I'm glad this ****wit didn't get hold of Wembley.
I hope more clubs look at this as an example of how it can backfire, granted it has worked at times when the likes of Hughes/Allardyce and Pulis have been wheeled out with their ****ing underpants on outside of their trousers. They would probably have been better off spending another £50m in the January transfer window than the cost of getting rid of Jokanovic, employing Ranieri and now being relegated. Quite amusing really.
watching Citeh v Cardiff 1-0 after 5mins but what gets me is why is there so many empty seats nee atmosphere whatsoever if we were in their position, you wouldn't get a ticket for love or money
Its been the way with City. Tend to offer cheap tickets to kids etc every weekend and even dish em out in students union. On top of that some of the regulars have probably got a bit blasé about the games against lower league teams.
Good family club offering cheap tickets to kids. You don't see many clubs at the top taking such an interest in the younger generation. Hopefully, Man City will win the league for that reason alone.
They'll win it because they're ****ing loaded and blatantly flout FFP rules. The charity stuff is a quark in the universe.
This isn't the Brexit thread, so free speech is still allowed here... I was going to add, that it would be a shame if one of the smaller clubs stops them winning the quadruple. That said, it will surely be all the more sweeter for the fans of that club. Now I'll shut it as you have so eloquently requested.
