I was in Oregon for about 10 years, and lived in Portland. The company I was working for at the time were HQ'ed there. Just over 8 years ago I moved back to the UK and live in a village just south of Cambridge. Where do you do your kite & paddle boarding? I always remember Hood River on the Oregon side being very popular for those activities.
Is your name taken from the White Salmon River in Washington? when I joined this site I was an Oregon resident but moved back to the UK. I had some white water rafting trips on the White Salmon when I lived there. almost drowned the last time.
Just saw this. Nice one I like it. Never thought of it that way but maybe I will keep it just to piss off my Leeds supporter nephew. Its actually White Salmon Tiger.
