I mentioned this one a few days ago. Signing a young centre-back with potential isn’t a priority but I like it.
Am I right in saying that in the same way we need to sell before month end, any money we spend on signings before the end of June will also count against our PSR issues? If so then there's no way we're signing anyone til that's resolved?

The financial year runs from the start of July until the end of June, so we need to raise the money to remain within PSR for that reporting year. From July 1st (next Wednesday) it's a new year and we have the Premier League money to spend, so we'll officially sign players from then
Correct, we would be including July in the previous year's reporting period so any incomings would be classed as being in the previous year (in which we're already at the edges of PSR...)

Not materially. If we sign iroegbunam for instance for 20m, only one month of his whole contract with us would be expensed in July. So if it's a 4 year deal that's 1/48th of the cost.
