I thought Bazball was supposed to work on lesser teams.
Can't see the point if it doesn't anymore.

140 all out on day one <doh>

Still Anderson and Broad will soon rattle the New Zealanders out for less than that.

Victory by Lunch on day four I reckon.

NZ 61 for 6 at close of play on the first day after England 140 all out. That’s an average of 12 runs per every wicket lost.

What has happened to test cricket.
They hardly play it at schools any more. The only youngsters I ever see playing cricket at my local park are Indian. They are cricket-mad whereas English kids have fallen out of love with it. Same way as Scottish kids have fallen out of love with playing football. The England cricket team come largely from Public schools now, which is a small percentage of the population.

I much prefer kabaddi. It's an all-action contact sport favoured by South Asians. You may remember it being featured on the epic sports programme Trans World Sport.

I once attended a kabaddi trials in East London. It was excellent entertainment with an electric atmosphere. The food on offer was out of this world.

I do believe an extended London league is due to start later this year.
