First episode was very sad with the lad who died. But an amazing story about him donating his organs. Our cup defeat was shown in episode 2. At least we had the last laugh! Looking forward to that episode
Really enjoyed the first one, in an admittedly trashy way as you say, but for me the second very much followed the law of diminishing returns.
Has anyone seen this one yet?

Ffs, haven't caught up on any of it yet. Won't rush to watch it if it's not any good.
I wouldn’t bother. I won’t spoil it but I did not enjoy it at all. Thought the writing for seasons 4 and 5 was very lazy and prioritised being a soapbox for the main writer rather than character development and a coherent narrative. Will not be watching anything written by Kripke in the future. A total hack of a TV writer.

For me it was one of the best sci-fi, space type movies I’ve seen. Hilarious in parts, beautiful scenery, Ryan gosling is different class. The woman in charge of the space program is also amazing but oh my lord can she sing. Two and a half hours wasn’t long enough, you Don't say that many times about a movie. Cannot highly recommend it enough.

Anybody on here watch only child ? The son trying to guide his dad through modern life after his wife’s passing , I think you maybe have to be in the position to fully appreciate it , it can be quite bittersweet but some of it really rings true, watched one recently trying to teach him how to use QR codes on his phone and nearly choked laughing as was like watching me and my dad, bless him 
I’m 4 episodes in “ criminal record “ oh my lord it’s good, never been a big fan of Peter capaldi aka dr who but in this he’s brilliant. Not a fan of Cush jumbo mind, thought she was awful in “ The beast must die “ weirdly she has the same mannerisms in both series, bloody annoying…. But and it’s a big but criminal report is well worth watching. 2 series of 8 episodes, what’s not to like….

2 episodes in and enjoying. Not particularly a Superhero fan. Watched a bit in Colour and a bit in B/W. Think B/W works better.
Cage in his Spider costume with his muffled gravelly voice just works.
Yea def better to watch in B/w and it gives me insight into what it was like for cityzen watching tv in the 1920s
Just watched it myself, fell asleep twice, it was just boring! Cinematography was ok but it was just an over-loaded CGI-fest, the rest was too Disney-like for me. Not impressed
