No. 1 job.

GO OUT AND GET A PROPER DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL!!

No more cheap option so because they weren't good enough in their previous job or because they're facing criminal charges. A proper one, who has done that job successfully elsewhere, preferably with some actual knowledge of PL football.

Without that, we've just delayed our relegation.

Spurs have a chance now to reset. Next season is a clean slate
Clear out the deadwood and bring in new players
De Zerbi can work with the players and stamp his mark on the formation, style of play, tactics etc and can work on motivation and man management
Wrong decisions can still be made and players can still under perform, but a club like Spurs can move on from 17th in a way that most clubs in this league cannot
The top 4 are better than Spurs - maybe Liverpool too, but it depends how they rebuild and replace outgoing players.
Drama over.

Never in any doubt!

We cannot rest on our laurels now. Let the real work begin behind the scenes.

I think number 1 job is just throw whatever money is needed to both find out why and stop these ridiculous injuries. Surely the sample size is to much to just be bad luck.

Start with a home win, finish with a home win. The in between was filled with nothingness, despair, anger, shame, embarrassment and much, much more

See you next season though yeah? We’re going to do a Leicester.
