I don't think you even need to be Mrs Hudson to know that a club that announces a player, has him holding the shirt and a profile on the club website only to have said player sign for somebody else from the club we got him from is beyond a farce. please log in to view this image
You honestly can't be as blind and delusional in real life as you make yourself about to be on here.........can you?

You'd think City would have at least announced that they've been returned due to the transfer restrictions. How ****ing difficult is that?
Please don't make out like I haven't said probably dozens of times by now that the EFL situation was an absolute **** up!! Someone once told me you have to repeat something 20 times for some people to finally get it. I'm way past that now so there's obviously some very slow learners on here. But now I've cleared it up yet again .... let's move past the straw man deflection onto the actual points .
That is the actual point. This sort of **** doesn't happen at Rotherham, or Mansfield, or Boro, or Stoke, or Burton Albion, or Walsall, or Grimsby Town, or Burnley or Bournemouth because those club's have owners who aren't complete ****wits when it comes to football.
It's not my point(s) though . Please don't make me repeat them yet again. Some just can't admit it. It's always the same 3 or 4. It's so funny. It's like every day there's something new that shows just how ridiculous some of the posts on here were during summer. Hope those posters love watching Acun's City over this season and next; it's gonna be fun. I got so much ****. Suck it up. If Carlsberg did recoveries from ****ups with the EFL.
Except they weren't ridiculous and I already explained to you why they weren't. Twice. You got "so much ****" because instead of admitting what was happening you kept doubling down on some other narrative that everything was actually fine and this was all a big misunderstanding, as if the types of events we saw land like that in absolutely any other scenario in life. Either it's Pam Bondi levels of uberdenial or you're trolling.
Transfer window is done. The restriction is in place for the rest of the season. Subject to reasonable luck with injuries, we look to have a team capable of competing. Two back to back losses have slightly taken the shine of Serge’s promising start but let’s see what happens now we get into the season proper. Even the financial experts can’t seem to agree on the shares issue but it seems to be a way of reducing the risk of more cashflow issues. This constant “who is right” back and forwards is getting boring now.
The transfer news never seems to end though does it! Zambrano and Carrero last night, Laalaoui tonight. Constantly starts up the back and forth of negativity and blind optimism each side of the spectrum.
For me personally I think the club have done well to get a competitive squad in place given the restrictions, we're not gonna go up, but with what we have in the building we shouldn't go down, given what's happened re the finances I suspect that's all we can wish for. Unfortunately on here as in life, there's some that can't see the wood for the trees, and also those that think every word they utter can't be challenged or possibly be wrong. Then we have those that can start an argument in an empty house, all part of the wonderful world that's not606 !
I think we have a team very capable of mid table and a top 10/6 push if we got lucky with injuries for a change. I aren’t sure what all the doom scrolling is about we’ve assembled a decent team that I’m excited to watch.
