Sartori is currently embroiled in a case in the UK high court involving claims of fraud, negligence, and conspiracy against himself and his company, Union Group International Holdings. The claim alleges that Sartori repeatedly misled investors into investing into shares of a related company, falsely representing both the value and risk of said investment. While this case alone could warrant an investigation by the FA, a closer inspection of Sartori’s business dealings over the years reveal a troubling pattern of behaviour that ought to disqualify him from football ownership in this country.

I wouldn’t be too worried about this.

If he isn’t fit it will not be a challenge to get someone to buy his share. Given that in football ownership terms he is relatively poor anyway would be a bad thing.

Either the LD family buy him out or an outside investor.

Isn’t going to affect the club either way in my opinion, he has been nothing short of useless to us anyway.

There were talks of tie ins with big South American clubs and Monaco. Neither happened.

Bloke is like a 6th toe to the club.

the issue is, is if he has invested money that has been obtained through dodgy methods. Surely that can affect us

Unlikely.

He could be forced out and sell his stake, but the company likely to be sanctioned would be the parent company.

As he is in politics he probably get let off. We all know how world works.

Absolutely we want to move and get him out the club if it’s plausible though, it’s not realistic that the LD family aren’t aware of this already.

Anyone would think he was a politician the way he spouts absolute ****e promising all sorts and delivers **** all!

How the world works is one thing. How the world works involving SAFC is something completely different as we all know.

This is the kind of peurile innacurate clickbait even the Echo would be ashamed to publish ...

... which ends with the classic denial that this outfit believe a single word. *

KLD has top lawyers, used by his family for years, this will have zero effect on SAFC. I just had a look at RTG to see how roundly Sartori has been condemned in their thread. The title is 'Sartori dodgy dealings' <laugh>

* 'EU Reporter publishes articles from a variety of outside sources which express a wide range of viewpoints.
The positions taken in these articles are not necessarily those of EU Reporter.'

From what I’ve read the complainants are saying satori has exaggerated a blueberry farm saying it was more lucrative than it was and that he said they had an “agronomist” at their disposal. Obviously we don’t know the detail but this sounds a bit sour grapes to me and part and parcel of business ‍

Being an agronomist is like being a fashion designer or a novel writer, you can just decide you are one.

People should take more care with these titles in my opinion, especially if they're risking large sums of money ...

... I used to think 'botanist' was a posh word for a homosexual <laugh>

Similar to nutritionist and dietitian. One you can call yourself without having to prove a thing, the other you need formal and accredited qualifications. Unlike Gillian McKeith who made a whole empire out of her so called professional qualifications. She called herself Doctor by claiming she had a PhD. Which she did. It was later proven that she bought that qualification through distance learning from a ‘Diploma Mill’. To prove it the person who ‘outed’ her bought the same membership for their dead cat.
