The Lionesses been poor for a while now. Totally outclassed in the World Cup final tactically. She’s benefitted from having a lot of the best players, has since come unstuck. We need someone fresh with new ideas, as harsh as it is not sure the players would be happy with that as a gamble at this stage especially when they have such a bond with Southgate
Won more than anyone else in the setup. If it's going to be carsley it might as well be her.
Carsley won the under 21s Euros. Which is as many tournaments as Wiegman has won. Why not have a play off between the two sides, winner to get the England job?

Can’t see the men taking notice of her. She did sod all as a club player by comparison and they tend to not listen to the men who have achieved a lot but less than them.
If they had a cricket scoreboard handy. Arsenal ladies played the boys academy side behind closed doors. Apparently it was embarrassing. And not for the young lads.
Sarina’s done a good job with the England women’s team and I hope she carries on doing so, though I watched our last game against Sweden and we were garbage. Realistically, she’s no more chance of being the next England men’s manager than I have.
