Congratulations on beating dirty Leeds
- it was funny watching their sad faces at Paddington station today <laugh><laugh>
And thanks for the £2m extra on Ross Stewart transfer fee with the promotion to the Premier <cheers>
That’s a bargain. Rod was an integral part of our promotion.

Just been sent this by my mum

Just bought a 75 inch TV to watch the Premier League next season I've just opened the box and there are no Leeds....

My mum decided to buy me a pair of lucky socks just before the West Brom 2nd leg. I wore them for that game and also wore them today......

Sorry Tom, Schrödinger’s “My Mum…..” joke was much better

I will admit to never at any point in the season feeling like we would be promoted back to the Premier this season. Blown away to think that it actually happened.
Mixed feelings to be honest, what a great season and to experience so many wins has been a huge positive. Knowing that next season will be almost certain to be a struggle is a little dark cloud on the horizon. Still far enough away to not spoil the day tho!
Only downer for me was my Leeds supporting son who had to watch the game with me and would much rather be in the Prem for some reason. I'm feeling a bit of survivors guilt - but only a little.
An interesting summer ahead! COYS!!!

Just got back and put little Locum to bed. Incredible day. Little Locum loved Wembley. Fans were amazing. Team was great. Matin was great. Ref was ****.

I thought the Leeds fans out sang us to begin with. Nervy first 15 minutes then settled into it. We never really looked like getting a second, good job McCarthy made a worldie and the crossbar helped us out. Aside from those moments I didn’t feel it was in doubt.

UTS- WE ARE PREMIER LEAGUE!

How was the ref ****? He got most things correct.

Thought the Leeds fans were immense at the start, then petered out as they realised they'd seen this script before. Strange that there didn't seem to be all those rumoured fans in the away end (proper) though there were quite a few, predictably enough, in the Club Wembley Saints end. Chilcs and I were sitting next to a couple of lads who were alright actually, but there were a few mouthy ones down the row. Mouthy that is, until an absolute beast of a Saints fan sat down next to them. They quietened up a lot after that (and left early).

Quite a few of the ones on the way back were a horror story though - one having a pop at the copper as I mentioned, then another group, led by a fella that looked like a shrunken Tyson Fury with one tooth, screaming and shouting at a couple of lads in Saints shirts that couldn't have been more than 12 or 13. Pathetic. Particularly as it wasn't the young, coked up Stoney crew, but fellas in their 50s who really should know better/have grown out of it.

We had some standing seating issue. A number of gents standing down the front, which has a knock on affect, but they were blocking 80+ year olds views; when asked to sit, the unleashed f bombs and told the old people that if they can’t stand, they shouldn’t be at the game. Was a bit disappointing and caused a few verbal jousts between saints fans
