Christ it's the same on here after every defeat! Were people moaning about no strikers, signing no-bodies from foreign leagues and demanding sackings when we beat WBA and Leeds?
Some real cry babies in our fanbase. Had to deactivate twitter account after the Beale rumour and the cup ticket news came out yesterday. It's embarrassing. Teams lose games, teams win games. Why does every defeat need to be dissected and analysed under a microscope to find someone to blame?

The issue with this type of recruitment is you never see the benefit until a few yrs down the line. Its promising but frustrating as well, i'd much prefer going this route than what we did before
We need to play the players we signed to see what we truly have
Agree about a CDM
I'm not sure it's looking for someone to blame it's more pointing out things that have been a consistent problem all season. The WBA and Leeds games were like a breath of fresh air but today we seemed to go back to how it was prior to that. We were so slow in possession, played our best and most dangerous player out of possession for a full half, looked wide open at the back and worst of all we had three forwards on the bench and only one of them got on and it was for three minutes. These are things that are happening regularly, not just today.Christ it's the same on here after every defeat! You think we lost on purpose?![]()
Yeah and a few years down the line when weve developed them we'll sell them and then do it all again with another kid. Personally i think we're far too big a club to be doing this as our main focus. There should be also a mix of experienced players that weve paid a decent amount of money for aswell.
Its not how i particularly like seeing my club run tbf, id like to see some ambition and a willingness to get back into the Prem like alot of the teams above us are showing.
The Unthanks? Quite liked them on Spotify. EnjoySadly I'll miss all the laughs on here tonight ...
... just off to a restaurant, in Edinburgh, then a concert at the Usher Hall.
Play nice everyone![]()

Roberts is overrated imo, is wonderful to watch at times but too slow on the ball and zero end product
I don't disagree, but the negativity and constant microscopic analysis of what went wrong and who is to blame is beyond irritating.Have to say though our away from is now no wins in 6.
Same every time. Lack of striker capabilities. When we have the ball we have no killer in the box. If we want to progress we need it.
People have discussing it.

Your post wasn't sarcastic................good grief, you really cannot help yourself can you?
or is sarcasm lost on you completely?
So why didnt we play the same team , leaving Seelt out was a massive blunder that affected the whole team , not just at the back , and why we start with Roberts I will never know. Ba was poor both games and should have been replaced at HT by Rusyn . Today we saw the old Dodds playing almost exactly the same formation that cost the manager his job, why I will never understand, especially after the Leeds game which was the polar opposite to this shambles.Plus it’s a hard come down from the Leeds game. I was over the moon after that.
Its fine when playing no striker is working. When it isnt and we need to get a goal the reluctance to break the glass and press the big red button with the word 'striker' written on it is certainly head scratching at the very least. Very frustrating for the rest of us.Christ it's the same on here after every defeat!
