Fantastic result and the performance in the 1st half was excellent. Pace frightens any opposition and it was no surprise that our two fastest players were our two best performers on the day. I thought Cook was steady in defence, get what it says on the tin with him, but his partner, Fox really surprised me, having never seen him play. Full credit to him. Backs against the walls at the end but a well deserved 3 points. Hopefully we learned that Adomah is totally past it now and only should ever be used as a last resort. Armstrong m.o.m for me. Gives absolutely everything!

I am sad to say that I'm filled with dread on this Cardiff game. It is with some remorse that the current trainer will just have to go, regardless of the negative effect it will have on the club's awful financial situation. I just think the poor guy hasn't a clue on what to do next. Please prove me wrong.

It looks as though my fears were unfounded. An amazing result. GA really did rub it in and 'prove me wrong'. However, let's keep it up in the club's first home game coming up.

Best we've played with Gareth our Manager. The start 11 all did well and Armstrong looks to have learnt a lot this summer. We got ourselves another striker.
Good call Oslo, but some of our previous misfortune rubbed off on Cardiff today. Two posters from memory, and we were only as good as the opposition were wasteful. Though our defence was a lot better today, showing some resolve, against a better team, the result would have been reversed. I reckon we need a 10-20% improvement in defence, and maybe a few mistakes from Ipswich next week to grab a point or three.

However, we can learn from each game and improve week on week, possibly stay in a safe position around the pointy end and give ourselves a shot at ...I won't go there just yet.
I guess this is what winning does. It makes you believe in your team. And hopefully the players can believe in themselves and want that high, from winning, every game.

Been at a proper meeting all day today.
So only sneeked a look at my phone when no-one was looking or sneeking off to the toilet .

So pleased for whole team. Field spoke on a pre match interview about making up for last week...they certainly did.

Interesting to see the team on Wednesday vs Norwich....

Perhaps Kolli may start
