Just signed up and paid for the match today. Interesting that there's no Paypal option any more. Wonder how people who are on holiday or temporarily abroad will pay for match passes, will it accept a UK credit card (as the address on registration has to match the billing address)?

Dont you put your permanent residence as your address?

It does say on the website that Paypal is an option, but you are right when you come to pay it is not available.

I'm in Vietnam but paid for it with my UK debit card.

Me too. Not sure which email address my account is and it tells me username and or password is incorrect. I have emailed the support address to explain but not sure I'll get a reply

You have to create a new account on the new hub. They send you a validation code which you type in then you can log in. Worked for me this afternoon.

Worked for me a few days ago. Using TV8 site to watch today's friendly (I hope !)

It wont recognise any details you have entered previously, it's a new site, you have to start from from scratch.

It's not that painful, you just enter your name, address, email etc, create a password and enter the validation code.

Having gone through that process, it looks unlikely to me that they'll be a way using a VPN to watch games as if 'abroad'. :emoticon-0106-cryin
Feel free to PM me though if you know / find out different please! Real pity as not able to get to all games myself and also the workaround when it was on i-follow allowed me to have very elderly family, who are no longer able to get to games at all, watch pretty much every game with me .

How do you know it won't allow you to buy a game using a VPN until you try?

The club have been receiving a small number of enquiries regarding the new streaming service ahead of Wednesday’s pre-season friendly against Galatasaray.

Please note that having recently changed digital platforms, ALL supporters must now register a brand-new account, as the new platform is not linked to the previous streaming service iFollow.

We are aware that some supporters have not received confirmation emails to register their accounts. This has now been rectified. Please check junk/spam inboxes to double check your confirmation emails have not been delivered there.
