I can see that too. Hard to see where he gets into the side. Hume looks like getting the nod at RB. Gooch arguably a better backup until Huggins fit. I dont think he can play in a 2. Off the bench to shore up a game in last 20 is about best you can see.

Agree with this, I like him but he isnt championship quality and we need better to help us kick on
What are thoughts on Bailey Wright as an Evans stand in if O9 is suspended or needed elsewhere? Remember a certain other cb doing a great job for us in the holding role. Just think there are options without bringing in someone who’s going to warm the bench for most of the season.
