but until a few moments ago I didn't know how we were going to get there.

Car seemed likely 'cos of work commitments for my daughter, her getting travel sick on coaches, train times not being appropriate, and my granddaughter having a dancing competition on the Sunday that we've got to be back for . . . . bloody kids

It's just been confirmed that we'll be going by car, there and back the same day, so no weekend in That London as previously planned with Mrs. A. (poor her :emoticon-0136-giggl).

I know that I'll see some of you down there :emoticon-0167-beer:

Wow, that's a late one if there's extra time, penalties and the lap of honour ...

... they should waive the speed limits for Sunderland supporters <laugh>

watching it on the telly, after 1990 i have had enough, our coach broke down half way back, then gan to Man u for the f a cup semi in 1994 again the team did not turn up, they better turn up next Saturday the f a don't give a toss about the northerners i would rather go to Hampden

Your 10 years out for that old Trafford game mind.

I doubt the railway station will be full but if it is you could use walker Gate multi storey about a 10 minute walk from station,or the multi storey at side gate near gala theatre. That's a 15 minute walk back to station and it's uphill. Both are £9.50 for 24hrs. Nowt else near the station other than permit holders parking.
Thanks mate, hopefully the station has spaces, if not the driver can drop me off and they can run back :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Did that for the Charlton final, feckin horrible journey home if you lose.

Worked at Vaux then so was on the bus from the brewery…longest journey of my life after the match.

3 of us in the premier in Harrow too on the Friday night. Driving down early Friday, driving back after the match.

Stayed there before, not the nicest of places. Gangs of youths hanging around street corners. Keep safe.
