As said .. haven't watched it but will look at MOTD .... Brenda doesn't seem to think we have a problem defending set pieces but we concede every game from them <doh> ... very different to last season and quite obvious that the difference was Fofana and Justin ... both over 6ft and incredibly athletic... Justin should be back this month and Fofana potentially in January ... so here's hoping....

Dust ourselves off and get ready for the group decider in Napoli on Thursday ... where Tielemans should also be available <cheers>

This side just isn't that good..

He seems much more chilled...I find him watchable when he's like this...don't mean it horribly either.
He used to come across like he was losing it but seems wuite at peace with himself at the moment. Hope it lasts for him cos He looks happym
Have you seen his chant for Ranick?

No chance, he looks as vulnerable as he ever did but nice to see him cheerful about the win.

Dunno if here was part of the problem for him tbh.
Seemed to get sucked into stuff and couldn't let it go.
Don't wanna speak outta line but he is quite far along the ASD spectrum so found "banter" difficult.
He can genuinely be a good laugh so I hope he stays happy.

Will ask Sucky to drop him a message on Twitter inviting him back

I just get the impression you are relying on the counter all the time, which you are very good at, but then that puts too much pressure on Schmeichel, which was evident through some of the controversy - so that would suggest a defensive problem? Seems negative to me, yet the match was entertaining, maybe it's entertaining for all the wrong reasons where Leicester is concerned, looks like they've lost their way somewhere. Also it's about confidence and I think I'd rather have the support of Gerrard than I would Rodgers, who comes across too aggressive or expectation of that, he brings up aggression in a lot of post match interviews, some of the younger players don't perform well off the back of that when in a hole.

Don't think that's it ... we are dominating possession in the majority of games ... but the set piece zonal debacle is costing us dearly and every team we play is exploiting it at the moment ...

... get the feeling that Brenda's main goal this season is the Europa ... but that he's also holding out for a much stronger final third in the Prem when we should have the injuries back ... might be inspired ... or might backfire ... but intriguing ...

Nobody "holds out" for a much stronger final 3rd, what you do is gain as many points as you can whilst under strength so the returning players can boost that.

I never saw Leicester dominating anything in this game, you scored one goal on the break, they scored three perfectly good goals, although only two were allowed. I remember the Villa keeper having to make one decent save.

Villa were there for the taking in the first half. Watkins and Ramsey should have buried your lot, so Gerrard is work in progress, but not a bad result for an under par Villa side.

Current form stats over 6 games has Leicester as relegation fodder, let that sink in. Am I right that your next league game is against Newcastle, lose that and things start getting embarrassing. @I want Mackem Cock
