The club shop makes a lot of money for the club, why would they keep if closed ffs ...

I posted, a few years back, that three lads in a Transit van turned up at my address in Mansfield. I was waiting outside and they drove past. When I rang and asked why they didn't stop they said it was a trap and I had a gang waiting for them. I didn't as I don't have 24 hour access to a gang of lads.

I asked, in any case, why they thought outnumbering me 3 to 1 was fair but me having 8 lads on my side wasn't. They obviously couldn't do the maths, called me a ****er and blocked my number.

I've no idea how they got my address or number, bloody weirdos.

It’s nuts. I have that many blocked I haven’t got a clue what the thread is about half the time. Life’s too short to argue with ****ers. Prehab’s got a little kid man and people think it’s ok to make his house unsafe. They need a shake.

If you’ve bothered to read what I’ve said last night that’s fine. But I said my thoughts last night. Nothing will convince me otherwise likewise no matter what I say will convince everyone else otherwise. I can’t be arsed to go back and forward about it. We’d be here all day.

And it's been encouraged over the road. Absolute crackpots completely enabled to say and do whatever they like, and this is the real world consequence.

Turning up at people's houses man. It's a very short step from there to much worse behaviour and needs nipping in the bud immediately.

So just for a summary of latest situation on transfers:

  • Jebbison rumoured to be back up in Sunderland today
  • No other reputable or semi reputable press reports or updates on Jebbison other than a Doncaster paper saying he was due to give them a decision yesterday
  • No reports in the press of anything else being close

Time we got the thread back on track , a lot of people are concerned about us not having signed any full backs but why buy people if they do not fit in to the long term plan . In the short term we should be looking at the full backs as being supplementary attackers which Neil and Winchester are quite adept to , we have spent to much time worrying about the opposition in recent times even to the point of changing the team - get on the front foot and let them worry about us I think should be our philosophy only defend when we need to . If and when the right players become available that suit the club is when we should we be buying them not lowering our standards of what we need from incoming players .
